Aeries Parent Portal
Trinidad Union School District uses Aeries as our Student Information System to manage and track student data. Through the Aeries Parent Portal, parents and guardians can view grades, attendance records, academic progress, test scores, and district-shared information in one convenient place on desktop or mobile devices.
Parents and guardians can also use the portal to confirm and update essential student details, including medical information, emergency contacts, demographics, and annual authorization forms.
New Students & Newly Enrolled Families
When a student is registered with Trinidad Union School District, an Aeries Parent Portal account is automatically generated using the primary email address provided on the registration form. Once enrollment is processed, an automated email containing activation instructions will be sent to your inbox.
Existing Families & Account Updates
If you already have a portal account or need to make updates to your account information:
- Changing Your Email Address: Updating your contact email with the school office will automatically update your portal login email — no new account needed.
- Adding a New Student: Enrolling a new sibling automatically links them to your existing parent portal account once processed by the school office.
- Password Resets: Log in using your updated email address. If you forget your password, click "Forgot Password?" on the login page to receive a reset link.
